You got intense 2D action in endless hordes of enemies, tons of skills to upgrade with skill points, you have a leveling system, you have a store to purchase items, you have quick slots for items like health potions, multiple weapons can be held.. OMG... and this game even has it's own resoluton options, full screen, and separate sound and music sliders.. All for UNDER A BUCK. Amazing.. DIVE IN! it's a HELLUVA lot of game for your dollar people and huge high five to the developer(s) for offering a huge and fun game for such a low price tag. ..I hope you sell a million copies for being awesome!Two BIG Thumbs up here people.. and with a price tag of under a dollar for a game they could probably ask ten dollars for, the value doesn't get much better on Steam, even with their big sales.. I love this game. Blood Harvest is one of those guilty pleasure games. You feel bad that you only are giving a development team a buck on a game when so many others out there do asset-flip half\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665high price unfinished early access crapola. Now, the grind can be repetitive and you can snowball the tactics for the first 12 levels by corner hugging but the game really comes into its own around wave 13. If you are into pixelated platform style shooters(this one with a wave mechanic) then for under a dollar this is a no-brainer. The only drawbacks I found from this was sound FX being a little over the top for some of the weapon mechanics and the soundtrack itself adding a little to the "repetitive" nature of the gameplay. Otherwise, the variety of sprites that will steadily evolve and come at you keeps it interesting enough as you progress through. Anyways, for a indie game title I give it a thumbs up middle of the road rating. For the price point that swings it even higher.
